Refund policy

• PNemir.com offers free unlimited returns with Re:do. Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed! Simply use our Re:do return portal below within 30 days for an almost effortless return process. Begin your return using the link below.
• Return requests must be received no later than 30 days from the date of delivery, and return packages should be mailed within 3 days of the approval.
• Items must be in new and unworn condition.
• All item packaging, documentation (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) must be returned with the returned items. Packaging must be unopened and seals intact (where applicable).
• Any item(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
• In the case of outbound free shipping, orders returned for refund will be charged the original shipping charges, based on the following rule: $75.00 minimum amount for original purchase threshhold will be used to determine if original shipping should be deducted from the return, regardless of any special free shipping offers in place at the original date of purchase. In other words, after items are returned, if at least $75.00 of merchandise is kept, the original shipping charges are not deducted from the return.
• In the case where Shop Pay Installments (Affirm) is the original payment method, if a minimum amount of an order is not kept ($75.00), we may deduct the transaction fees from the refund.
• Re:do Returns: Customers now have the option to pay $.98 at the time of purchase to later qualify for free unlimited returns on that order for store credit and exchanges.
